Policies

 

Returns:

  • We accept returns for most items within 15 days of receipt of delivery. The item(s) must be in its original condition, not used, installed, or damaged. If packaging was removed, the item(s) will not be eligible for return, exchange, or credit.

  • For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number:

    • Customer name

    • Phone number

    • Order number

    • SKU number

    • Nature of the return

  • Please note: Dazzling Spaces does not accept returns at its corporate address. All items must have a prior RA (Return Authorization) from Dazzling Spaces before shipping back to us.

  • We initiate a refund once the item has been received, checked, and verified. This takes at least 48 business hours after receiving the returned product(s), and 3-7 business days for refunds to the original payment method. Where applicable, your return shipping fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

Inspection:

  • All items delivered and received by our customers and clients must be inspected immediately following delivery. Any concerns regarding shipping or product(s) must be communicated to Dazzling Spaces within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will void the Return Policy.

Additional Fees:

  • In some cases, a manufacturer's restocking fee will be assessed and charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery. Let your delivery representative(s) know and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Large quantity orders

  • Discontinued or negotiated products/transactions

  • Clearance products, custom products/orders, open box items, closeouts

  • Any discounted orders or products are considered Final Sale.

Return Instructions:

  • After receiving an RA for your return, you will receive return instructions via email or phone call.

  • Customers are required to pay for the return shipping of the item(s) back to us. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total credit amount.

  • Return shipping costs can vary depending on geographic location, size, weight of the product(s), and return shipping method. Delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded.

  • If an order is returned because it was refused delivery by you, your staff, or others, the correct return costs will be charged and deducted from your refund.

Special Offers:

  • You may receive a special offer to accept a discount on the product(s) to keep the item(s) instead of returning them. This is a unique one-time offer, and the amount cannot be negotiated. If you do not wish to accept the discount offer, you can decline and proceed with setting up a return. After acceptance, the transaction will be deemed Final Sale.

Exchanges

  • Generally, we don't offer exchanges of items unless prior authorization or agreement has been reached by our Customer Service Representative(s).

Warranty

  • We offer a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty on products purchased from Dazzling Spaces. The warranty is void if items are:

    • Not properly used, installed, or maintained

    • Used in unauthorized environments for which the products are not designed

    • Subject to vandalism or misuse

  • Images, video clips, and detailed information are required for all warranty coverages.
